These Terms apply when you browse china-applydigitalarrivalform.com or use the private China arrival-card preparation assistance offered by E arrival cards (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
china-applydigitalarrivalform.com is an independent private service operated by Preethish, an individual in India, under the E arrival cards brand. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or acting for China’s National Immigration Administration or any government body. The official China arrival-card service is available through official government channels without this private assistance fee. Our fee is for our own preparation and review assistance.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to place an order. If you provide information for another adult, you confirm that person has authorized you or that you otherwise have the legal authority to act for them. If you submit information for a minor, you confirm that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
3. Your information
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete, current, and truthful. We prepare the form using the information you supply. Missing or incorrect information may delay our work or result in errors in the prepared form. You are responsible for reviewing the completed form and checking current official requirements before travel.
4. What the service includes
We help travelers complete and review a China arrival-card form using the information they provide. We aim to deliver the prepared form within 3 hours after receiving payment and all required information. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time; delays may occur because of workload, service interruptions, or the need to obtain or correct information.
We do not submit the form to the government, issue an official arrival card or QR code, determine immigration eligibility, or provide legal or immigration advice. Any decision about entry into China belongs to the relevant immigration authorities.
5. Price and payment
The private assistance fee is $19.99 USD per traveler, payable through PayPal. The total price is shown before payment. By placing an order, you authorize PayPal to charge the displayed total. If we identify a pricing error before work begins, we will contact you to resolve it before processing the affected order.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Refund eligibility and request instructions are set out in the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy before placing an order.
7. Acceptable use
You must not provide fabricated, misleading, or unlawfully obtained information; use the service for an unlawful or harmful purpose; interfere with the website or another person’s use of it; or resell or commercially redistribute the service without our written permission.
8. Website materials
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, graphics, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to E arrival cards. You may not reproduce or modify those materials for commercial use without prior written permission.
9. External links
The website may link to third-party websites, including official information sources and service providers. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the linked service.
10. Service availability and disclaimer
The website and service are provided subject to availability. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We do not guarantee any immigration outcome, entry into China, or acceptance of information by a government authority. You remain responsible for checking the official process and requirements applicable to your circumstances.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or service, including travel disruption, missed transport, or refusal of entry. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse us for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the service or your material breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our service or applicable requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Changes apply from the date shown. Where required by law, we will obtain your renewed agreement before applying a material change to an existing order.
14. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights that cannot be limited by law, disputes relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Newark, Delaware, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
15. Contact and grievances
